Every epoch has its art
A chair that is a sculpture: entirely carved out of solid maple, its back rests on the legs creating a game of elegant joints, in the continuity of the shapes.
Designed in 1959 by Mollino for his office at the Castello del Valentino in Turin, home of the Faculty of Architecture, Fenis is the first project by the master of design that Zanotta decided to produce in 1981. It was a bold, avant-garde choice that went beyond the frontiers of furniture to arrive at those of art.
